If you purchased it as a single bed from the beginning, it is not possible to use it by connecting it like a twin product.

In principle, we do not recommend using it. If you must use it, please place a regular mat between the mattress and the heated or electric mat and use it at the lowest temperature provided by the heated mat.

Latex and memory foam mattresses are compatible. However, please note that these mattresses are not specifically designed for motion beds (they have grooves on the bottom to facilitate movement), so they may react less smoothly to motion.

Spring mattresses are not recommended for use due to the risk of spring damage caused by motion stress.

We use eco-friendly adhesives and undergo a post-processing process to remove harmful substances. Since our mattresses are also produced domestically, the odor is likely due to the plastic packaging immediately after production, which means the odor hasn’t completely dissipated. If there’s an odor, it will subside within two to three days with adequate ventilation.

Those with back problems may prefer a firmer mattress over a softer one. Among our mattresses, the Mars seems like a good fit.

The fabric frame is made of high-quality, waterproof fabric that is pill-resistant and stain-resistant.

All Mobe products are manufactured after order confirmation, so exchanges and refunds are difficult after order confirmation and receipt of product.

Once you place your order, our headquarters will call you to confirm it. Production takes approximately two weeks. Once production is complete, we will call you to schedule delivery. The entire process, including installation, takes about three to four weeks.
